Excellent and comfortable stay for...

Liked: The booking process was easy. The check-in process was seamless. The front desk texted me to see how I was doing. I was able to ask many questions and I received an immediate response. I also was granted late check-out that helped me out tremendously. The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was very good and the other restaurants the hotel recommended were amazing! I also appreciated that you needed a key card to use the elevator.
Disliked: There was not a business office bit this was not a big deal as the front desk printed a document for me.
