Disliked: Vomit in hallway, fridge smelt of seafood, kids bed wasn’t made up (had to ask 3 times), requested other amenities that were never delivered.

Great place downtown

Liked: The staff was mostly friendly, some more than others. The room was lovely and modern, yet not cold feeling. The housekeeping left the shower head facing straight on toward whoever turned on the water outside the shower. I ended up waking up fast with a blast of cold water to the face. I am sure the housekeepers got a kick out of that but we reflected that in our tip. It is a nice hotel and I definitely would recommend this particular hotel to family and friends.
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff was rude. I find this odd because others were exceptionally professional and nice. Maybe they could use a secret shopper to weed out the bad ones?
