Liked: Spacious rooms and bathroom; nice part of town.
Disliked: We roomed next to a bridal party who partied loudly until 5:00 a.m. and kept the whole floor awake. Security interrupted them once, but they quieted down only for 5 minutes.

Everything about this hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Parking in the garage behind the building was a pain. Didn't check out the roof lounge but will next time.
Liked: Very nice; clean; comfortable.
Disliked: Pricey minibar.

Rooms don't offer much for...
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Rooms are substandard for the price. Tech is dated and there's no food or drinks on offer in the rooms. I expect more for the price.

Pleasant Stay for a Couple
Liked: The check-in process was easy. Appreciated the bag check option after check out. The lobby area was nicely decorated for the holidays and had a giant chess game to play during the wine happy hour. The wine happy hour was a nice touch, but the Chardonnay was not a great option. It would be better to offer a Pinot grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon. Similarly, for tea and coffee in the morning, there was only half and half. Would have been nice to have a carafe of oat or soy milk for lactose free people.
Disliked: Only two working elevators to get up to the rooms. The heat in the shower would knock loudly while showering. The shower half-doors made the rest of the bathroom wet after a shower. Getting access to our car through valet parking took 30 minutes if we texted ahead of time, sometimes 45 minutes if it was during the 12-1pm hour. The nearby Septa station was perfect for moving around with needing our car. Very walkable to Market St as well. For what should be a high end boutique experience, it felt very average.
