Liked: Spacious rooms and bathroom; nice part of town.
Disliked: We roomed next to a bridal party who partied loudly until 5:00 a.m. and kept the whole floor awake. Security interrupted them once, but they quieted down only for 5 minutes.

Liked: Beautiful hotel; everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Parking in the garage behind the building was a pain. Didn't check out the roof lounge but will next time.

For having no cell phone,...

Liked: The location was perfect, the staff were helpful since we are elderly, the bed was great.
Disliked: Three of our five nights I woke early and went to the lobby to read. The night guard came in and told another woman and myself that the lobby was closed. I said, closed? He then asked if I was staying in the hotel and both she and I answered yes and he left. The following morning he came in and went to sleep on the couch as I was reading. I do not mind that he wanted to sleep, but to ask a guest to leave so he could sleep is not cool.

Lovely hotel in great location...

Liked: This hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of the old city. There was a friendly welcome by front desk staff and we made it just in time for a complimentary glass of wine served between 5-6pm in the lovely reception area. Our Room was tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our short stay.

Perfect location

Liked: Perfect location for visiting the historical parts of Philadelphia. So many restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and quiet. The room was small but it was enough for the two of us. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was quite good for hotel coffee. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. In the middle of everything.
Disliked: none to note.

Great location

Liked: The location of this property was perfect! We could see independence hall out of the window in our room. The only downside to that is that the bells woke us up a couple of times in the middle of the night. There were two double decker bus stops right outside the hotel and many sites were within walking distance of the hotel. The bathroom was very clean but small. All in all I would stay here again in the future.

Liked: The hotel has a very cool eclectic vibe. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable plus the room was very quiet so we slept great! We didn’t eat at the restaurant but had a night cap at the bar and it was great.

Would definitely stay here again

Gorgeous Hip and Pet Friendly...

Liked: What an amazing location, and what a hip gorgeous hotel! Has a great restaurant as well and our pups were made extra comfortable, being greeted with treats. Full service hotel. Loved this place!
