Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect. Dining and work were in walking distance.
Disliked: Thee cleanliness of the room, I was not happy with. The bathroom had urine around the bowl and used socked underneath the sink.

CHICAGO'S BEST!

Liked: everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and answered every question or request we had. Would stay there again, very convenient to everything in Chicago. Antonio was the person who made our visit so special from the moment we entered the hotel.
Disliked: The only thing the hotel could change, in my opinion, is to have more hooks in bathroom for towels and/or pj's.

Go for the location and...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, great staff, comfy bed and robes, convenient plug-ins on each side of the bed, lobby coffee machine that makes complementary cappuccinos and lattes, amenities like complementary socks and hydrating facemasks in room.
Disliked: Although there was a refrigerator, no water, drinks, or snacks provided. There is an Nespresso in the room, but no room service
