Loved the stay. It was quiet and the room was clean. The only thing that was missing was it didn't have a microwave in the room. The parking is valet only and this sucks because after the show there was no food delivery available and I needed my car and the valet told me it was parked too far away to get it out and if they move it I may not get a space back. I need to eat due to medical conditions. Valet is $50 and I'm staying at a hotel without any other options - it's a little steep. I can't just take my car and leave and come back with ease.

Liked: The service and the kindness of the staff. Beautiful hotel, close to CFG Arena.
Disliked: No parking or no microwave. The parking was the biggest thing.

Overrated B.S. delivered with a...

Liked: Common areas were pretty, bed seemed like it was going to be really comfy (only got to sit on it for a few)
Disliked: Valet doesn't greet you, was asking random guests if they were Valet. Hotel doesn't greet you at entrance and the lobby is on the 2nd floor(no signage/had to call the hotel while in the hotel to find the lobby). Room was upgraded without permission...neighboring shower pipes give a LOUD ALARMING SQUEAL for about 7min on and off and you are expected to deal with it. Ears are STILL ringing as this happened multiple times in less than an hr ...hotel offered a rm change to my original suite...however the tech said the squealing will be heard no matter what room I was in everytime someone showers (though initially the front desk claimed to have NEVER heard of this issue before and i DID record each time and played for them to hear. It was literally loud than a smoke detector). The 2nd room had a leak springing over a mildued pipe that led into the jacuzzi leaving a puddle and dirt residue at the bottom and a constant stream flowing into it. Needless to say I DEFINITELY did not get in that jacuzzi tub. Room advertises robes/slippers/minibar...NONE are available to which i was told "Oh we need to update our description." I attempted to make the best by ordering a few bottles of wine via Doordash from the local store less than .5mi away ( that got robbed while waiting for my order..seriously!) Checked out in less than 2hrs and was offered a refund. (And later recieved a backhanded text message apologizing for the inconvenience yet saying "you left because you werent willing to wait for your neighbor to shower". My room experience should not be a collaborative effort between me and my neighbor's schedule.)$311 room/$75 separate deposit/$50 valet (and really an additional $45 in wine since I had to compensate for the false advertisement of a minibar) I'm not sure wht the hell i was getting out of it.

The staff will tell you...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: We checked in and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. They sent maintenance and promised that it would work. When you returned that evening, our room was incredibly hot and they said there was nothing they could do. They promised that they would comp the room and please accept their sincere apologies.Of course, the next day they pretended like they had no idea what I was talking about in charge us anyways. They offered a free complementary breakfast instead. The restaurant there is terrible so I declined.

Liked: The facility was very nice and greatly decorated. Our room was amazing. The bathroom was breathtaking. Our city view was okay, only in front of an office building. Complimentary wine was nice. Staff was friendly and let us check in early.
Disliked: I did not like parking in the parking garage and paying for overnight.
