Nice stay with a couple...

Liked: Clean and roomy
Disliked: No coffee in the rooms.Couldn’t checkout on TV. Went downstairs to checkout and then was told I had to go to the 24 floor to do so. Spent way too much time on elevator.

Bad

Liked: Needed to cancel but NO ONE at the hotel answered the phone. Tried to cancel through Booking to no avail.
Disliked: No response to a request to cancel the reservation at no charge….ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Gave over 48 hours notice and no one responded to the requests.I will be spreading the word to my friends with kids at TCU to avoid this hotel.

Liked: The front desk team was very kind and helpful! We told them through our booking that this was our first night out as a couple after having kids, and they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. They gave us a great room location and provided rose pedals within the room which was a wonderful surprise for the both of us. We will be back!
