I was in Ft Worth...

Liked: Location and price were very good, breakfast was very good. Generally a very nice redo of a historic hotel. I like staying at Kimpton properties.
Disliked: No coffee in the room, it was on the 1st floor while the lounge area was on the 24th floor. The AC fan ran constantly even though I tried to turn it off and ask the guest services to turn it off.

Broken elevators, no bell hops,...

Liked: The location was great and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working most of the time and the floor indicator stayed on the number 9. It would often take 5 - 10 minutes to get an elevator. No bell hops, only valet who watched people unload their vehicles. No luggage assistance and you had to go up to the top floor of the building to check in. Water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom causing concern of serious ceiling failure risk. When these issues were brought up to the desk manager, the responses were surprisingly dismissive.
