Love this hotel! Great place to stay if going to see Hamilton - a block away. Great price and the hotel is super cool :)

Liked: Fun and updated decor; friendly, efficient staff; enjoyable happy hour in the lounge; proximity to CIBC Theatre; wonderful restaurant - Steadfast, not affiliated with hotel but in same building, plus fun rooftop bar in the Kimpton.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and very clean. The room was cozy and very clean. All of the staff were helpful, courteous, and kind. The evening reception was a nice place to gather before heading out for the evening. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We would stay again, but we'd request a room higher up.
Disliked: We were on a lower floor at the back of the hotel and several times for an hour plus during the night to early morning (pre 6 an) there was a lot of noise in the alley- trucks running, backing up/beeping, and moving what sounded like heavy metal containers or dumpsters. It was extremely loud from 1-2 am and 5-6 am, and an elevated level one other time. It kept me awake the entire time and disrupted my heavy sleeper partner from time to time.

It was lovely but not...

Disliked: The cleaning products the cleaning staff used in our room before we arrived, were so strong that they were nauseating. The room service was terribly slow, and some requests never even fulfilled with us left to guessing what happened. We were also left to wait an hour after our check in time before our room was ready- we were given a free bottle of champagne by Emily at front desk- was lovely of her but the rest of the staff was lacking unfortunately.
