Passable

Disliked: Blowers for water damage were in the hallway outside our room. Created white noise, but they were very loud.

Not the usual Kimpton

Liked: Usually love Kimptons. This one was really small, no restaurant or sundries, and showing big signs of wear. My bathroom had panels falling off. Kimptons are usually fancy. Staff was great tho and bed was comfy.

Wonderful comfy hotel close to...

Liked: This was the 2nd time we stayed here. This is a wonderful hotel, I'd guess a little smaller than others, but with excellent facilities and a great location to walk to the Capitol and restaurants. It's got a funky George Washington theme decorated throughout. Comfy beds, nice clean sheets, large soft pillows, hot water. Our room each time faced the entrance street and we found it to be quiet, as was the hotel overall. Parking is in a nice well lit public lot right across the street that is accessed on foot by going into the lobby for CSPAN and CNBC. Looking forward to a return trip
