Liked: What what nice in the hotel? Let me think , . Staff is awful. Only one bar near reception was good, and bar mates was nice . The housekeeping woman was very pretty. That’s it. I stayed for 10Days
Disliked: First of all I want to say that 80% of staff on reception are RUDE! I thought people whoAre working on reception have to help their guests, but not here. I had situation with food, someone from reception stole it, I ordered Uber eats, but came for it little bit later, and they just said we are not responsible forYour food, there is nothing and like good night ….. I was angry and hungry , in the restaurant for breakfast, you have to wait for your 2 eggs and bacon for 30-40 minutes, which I think it’s not nice . A lot of homeless near hotel, they can talk to you, try to catch your hand or something like this, and security of the hotel is not responsible
