Liked: What what nice in the hotel? Let me think , . Staff is awful. Only one bar near reception was good, and bar mates was nice . The housekeeping woman was very pretty. That’s it. I stayed for 10Days
Disliked: First of all I want to say that 80% of staff on reception are RUDE! I thought people whoAre working on reception have to help their guests, but not here. I had situation with food, someone from reception stole it, I ordered Uber eats, but came for it little bit later, and they just said we are not responsible forYour food, there is nothing and like good night ….. I was angry and hungry , in the restaurant for breakfast, you have to wait for your 2 eggs and bacon for 30-40 minutes, which I think it’s not nice . A lot of homeless near hotel, they can talk to you, try to catch your hand or something like this, and security of the hotel is not responsible

Liked: We love the ambience, our room, and the breakfast menu. We have been coming for years.
Disliked: Over the years that we have stayed at the hotel, the price of daily parking has steadily increased. It is now at $71 per night including tax. This is getting atrocious!

Terrific hotel, the staff are...

Liked: Terrific, spacious lobby area, super welcoming staff, delicious food at the cafe and incredibly kind servers there. Loved everything about this place. The free coffee in the lobby and the free wine at 5:00, but mostly I’m impressed with the stellar staff. Such a pleasant place to be! And the pool was so lovely too! We’ve been coming back every year and will continue to do so!
