Liked: LOVED the view. The room was nice, modern, clean. The valet staff were the nicest and fun to talk with!

Liked: Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a pool although we didn't have time to use it. The hotel is very close to Hollywood Boulevard.
Disliked: It was the only place we stayed in our travels (4 countries and lots of different hotels) where there were no drink making facilities at all in the room (no coffee machine, kettle or free water in the room). You do get one complementary coffee per day per room in the hotel's cafe and there is free tea and coffee in the reception in the morning and a water dispensing machine nearby.The hotel is in an 'up and coming' area - so the site over the road was being demolished while we were there - and there might be construction disruption/noise if you are staying soon - worth checking with the hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness an issue. Location was rough. Price high for the neighborhood.

Liked: Every single member of the staff made us feel welcome from the valet, the front desk, to the hostess & bartenders, even the maintenance worker we ran into in the elevator was very friendly.
Disliked: The valet is a bit expensive. That is the only complaint! Everything else about this property was lovely
