Love it one of the...

Liked: Rooms were comfy and staff were excellent. Very trendy area with Zuma downstairs.

Not clean

Liked: The only thing we enjoy was view.
Disliked: Booked this room for my best friend’s birthday, expecting a great time. Ordered a bottle and a card, but the card was on the floor when we arrived—not a great start. The bathroom was disappointing, with mold around the tub and a shower that turned off on its own. Tried to make the best of it, but overall, the experience wasn’t great aside from the views. Since I booked through a third party (Booking.com), I have to contact them for a refund.

It was ok, very loud...

Liked: It had very nice employees.
Disliked: The furniture seemed very worn, the tub has holes nicked into the surface, I didn’t like that there was an ashtray on the table of the balcony. And it was one of those cheap black plastic ones which made it seem like a cheap motel. And why are they allowing people to smoke on the balcony and promoting it by putting an ashtray????? Also, I have stayed at many Kimpton primarily because they are beautiful hotels with great service and I have two small dogs that are not an issue with this brand. Also, the nightclub downstairs was bumping too late and they were supposed to shut down at 11:00. Made it annoying.
