Nice hotel and conveniently located...

Liked: I liked the location. The lobby itself was really cozy. The size of the room was nice as well. The bathroom was spacious. Nice decor.
Disliked: There wasn’t any self park on the lot. You had to walk a block to park at a public lot. There were stains on the carpet and it was obvious they were not changing the linens but just remaking the beds each day. Walls were thin. Lighting in the room was not great. Very dark.

Darling hotel! Very hospitable, warm...

Liked: Beautiful, clean location. Even with hosting a wedding the venue was very quiet. Loved that they had multiple places to work and eat from. Staff was extremely friendly. Even the coffee shop gals were willing to help with questions! Would 100% come back.
Disliked: Sometimes there were limited dining options in the afternoon and later evening hours.

Beautiful hotel but need a...

Liked: The Orlean’s Bar was fun. Loved the cocktails and staff. The fixtures and decor were elegant. The neighborhood is up and coming. I’m looking forward to see what Blackstone becomes in a couple years.
Disliked: Lovely stay at a nice hotel. It is starting to show some wear and tear. Little things are starting to add up to wear its luster. For instance, the tiles in our shower were loose and could be pulled from the floor. Door jams were knocked and chipped. Nothing major but collectively they took away from an otherwise gorgeous hotel.
