Good
Liked: The hotel was good, definitely not worth the price paid for a stay on a slow Wednesday night. The hotel wasn't anything great but modern.

Wonderful, new, clean, friendly hotel...
Liked: Comfortable, very clean, friendly, helpful NEW hotel located near the Belleville Train Station and a new neighborhood of restaurants, boutiques, outdoor beer garden with live music, beauty shops, yoga center and fitness center. There is a Street Market held on Sundays 9 am - 1 pm with vendors selling local made products like cheeses, baked items, cocktails, farm fruits & vegetables, candles, soaps, hot food vendors, boutique clothing, and pet items. Bicycles are available to use. The King bedroom is a good size with nice large window, very comfortable bed, good size bathroom all tiled with a good size shower. The room has a nice seating area with couch and tables. There is a convenient bar in the lobby and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water is available on each floor as well as ice ready in plastic bags stored in the pull out refrigerated drawers. So quick and easy!
Disliked: The extra charges for Guest Amenity fee for bicycles which I was told if you did not use you are charged anyway. There were many other taxes which are the standard state and occupancy, and then some more guest amenity and a new one, but maybe only in Colorado public improvement tax. The public improvement tax was peanuts, only 1%. Also, I was charged $100 each night security deposit which many hotels charge, but your credit card is refunded when you check out. This charge still appears on my card three days later. When I called the hotel to receive my credit I was informed it could take 7-10 days.
