Liked: The staff were the best part of our stay. We were looked after very well, thoughtfully and professionally.Also liked the style.
Disliked: Not keen on the layout through The Garden around Aizle. It felt dated and a bit odd. Our room was quite standard for the cost.

Very enjoyable & relaxing

Liked: Relaxed but efficient atmosphere, lovely staff, Ba ba restaurant excellent.
Disliked: As an elderly visitor, I found the dark interior disconcerting and difficult to negotiate especially at night, and the same with the spa area in particular
