Nice property staff poorly trained

Liked: The room was nice and the hotel was convenient. The staff was not great. Check in could not find my confirmed reservation. Check out was slow and unfriendly. Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed even though restaurant was less than 1/4 full.

Liked: It was clean. Didn’t like I had to call front desk for late checkout. The following day. The whole point of late checkout is so you don’t have to get up early to get one. I think. Also they need Netflix hbo on demand etc for the price of the room. And none of that. It’s Winston not a hopping city.

Liked: Pool tabl,bowling,basketball inside,Bar and food all in one place.

Beautiful, great staff, but overpriced

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location, staff is attentive and fantastic
Disliked: I think the price is way too high for what you get. The bed was very uncomfortable, room was small, and coffee was not available in the morning. when we went down at 9 to get some, it was all gone. For the price, I think complimentary breakfast would be appropriate.
