Iconic hotel with very comfortable...

Liked: Service at breakfast was quite slow but breakfast was good. Room was very good, spacious and comfortable. Valet service for the car was excellent.
Disliked: I would have expected spa facilities and a pool at a hotel of this standard that was disappointing. Room service took an hour at 5pm which was not good enough. Service in restaurant was very slow even when not busy.

Pleasant

Liked: We chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and they provided dog beds and bowls. The bed was also just right in firmness/softness. I liked the location of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Disliked: For the price, I expected more. We got the 'Premium King Room,' and it was only on the 3rd floor. It is an older building, but the room decor was collecting dust.
