Beautiful, great staff, but overpriced

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and in a great location, staff is attentive and fantastic
Disliked: I think the price is way too high for what you get. The bed was very uncomfortable, room was small, and coffee was not available in the morning. when we went down at 9 to get some, it was all gone. For the price, I think complimentary breakfast would be appropriate.

Liked: nice bar area. Coffee in the morning was much appreciated. And gym facilities were excellent.

Unimpressive for the cost

Liked: The bathroom and tub were great.
Disliked: The room was very unimpressive (1 desk 1 chair 1 bed....that's it)...$400 later

Disliked: My boyfriends car got broken into while in the hands of valet and they have took the entire situation very unprofessionally it’s crazy. i would not recommend getting valet if you stay at this hotel.

Pleasant

Liked: The lady at check in was terrible. Never have I felt more unwelcome as a guest. I have felt more welcome at a roadside motel. The beds were overly firm and caused a lack of sleep for our whole family. The valets were kind young men. The rec area made up for the negatives.
Disliked: The check in attendant and the beds.
