Disliked: SPA: Sauna needs to be hotter Needs a cold plunge pool (repurpose hot hydro pool) Working lockers in spa Snow machine is fun but wasn’t working When asking for cold sparking water needs to be cold! Not warm

Luxurious stay

Liked: The spa was really luxurious. The bed was like sleeping in cotton wool - so comfortable. Very spacious room and quiet. Breakfast was delicious - we are gluten free but large choice.
Disliked: Only problem was the restriction on times to the spa. We woke up at 8.45 am but it was too late to go to the spa as it shut at 9.30 to residents staying overnight. 5-8pm at night.

Liked: Perfect location and staff friendly upon check in. The bed was super comfy!
Disliked: Breakfast was nice however had to wait around an hour for food off the menu due to the chef being sick. Spa area looking tired with wallpaper flaking off walls / rust and could do with a refurb!
