Extremely comfortable bed!

Liked: Beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I loved the little perks they had like the free glass of wine at 5:00 pm. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the design of the downstairs bar and restaurant was cute! Our room was huge and we were very comfortable! The location was also perfect for us because we were in town for a night to visit an embassy.

Liked: Everything was so great and beyond expectations! The room was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The screen cast on the TV was really difficult and didn’t work. No big deal!

Lovely hotel, well-located, with kind...

Liked: The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant—the waiter was exceptionally fine, responding to all of our requests without delay. We parked our car in the hotel garage, and this was so easy, both to leave and to retrieve. Really—anything we needed was provided. I would stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to DC.
Disliked: When I returned to my room on Saturday night, I could not get the WiFi to work properly. It kept turning off and then had to be reset—I just gave up. There were heavy winds in DC that evening—25 or 30 miles per hour. I expect this affected the the service because I didn’t have that problem the night before. This was an inconvenience but not something that I would raise a complaint against.
