It was lovely.

Liked: Loved the location, the pool & the room. Staff were lovely and facilities & pool very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The restaurant and drinks very pricey and the menu didn’t cater to the average person. Given the location and limited options it would be nice to have other options for dining but I understand it is a upmarket resort and people do like paying for these types of dining experiences.House keeping was very hit & miss with topping up supplies & each day we had to track them down for milk, coffee & sugar.

Liked: Location was very handy to Cable Beach. Staff very friendly. Took advantage of a special including breakfast which was very good and off peak price of Master Pearlmans unit which was huge clean tidy and tastefully furnished. Loved.
Disliked: Tiny fridge without freezer. Have been on a road trip and would of been handy to freeze water for ice for a little esky.

Great location, great value

Liked: Lovely feel, tropical gardens nice clean room.Staff great.
Disliked: Being off season was a shame the pool bar was closed most of the day. Couldn’t even get a coffee. Pool area in need of a facelift.

Liked: Staff were great, let us do late check out. Room was gorgeous as was the pool.
Disliked: The gym facilities weren’t good and the breakfast is overpriced for what you get.
