Liked: I liked the parking, it was nice and I felt safe parking my car there. Very close to the hotel -the one worker we saw the trip was nice and that was when we checked in.
Disliked: -advertised with robes and slippers we only got slippers -the spa was abit too small and the shower was in the spa which made it very uncomfy to shower -the pool shut at 9 and opened at 9 which is quite normal but I would’ve liked to have been able to swim earlier/later -the room didn’t have a kitchen space or anywhere to prepare food. Came with a microwave and a fridge and there was moreSpace to iron your clothes then to make a meal. There was a coffee station yet there was so little space we couldn’t even make one. Had to DoorDash every night and for lunch -the bathroom had no fan so when the spa was on it got so hot and we had to keep the door open-the soap dispenser stopped working -the tv had no Netflix etc.. I mean sure that’s ok we’ll just watch normal tv but wait we won’t cause the only channels are jazz, 9 and abc for kids.. no 7 which was quite annoying. So not able to watch anything -there was no room service (food) other than the little milk bar thing which supplied drinks -no water except for the bathroom sink-very dimly lit at night there was one main light then 4 lamps -nothing nearby.. can’t walk anywhere cause it’s abit of a sketchy area -went to check out and nothing was mentioned about our $200 security deposit.. still haven’t gotten it back however is probs cause it’s a Sunday
