Disliked: host was very very hostile and rude, told me off for using booking.com to make my booking and for having a takeaway coffee

Liked: Great location close to the Loch Ness.Very comfortable rooms and a sympathetic host.Restaurants available at walking distance.

Weird owner

Liked: The outside of the property looked nice.
Disliked: The odd lady who opened the door to us and said 'what's your name'. Not courteous at all. There were carpets in the shower/ bathroom. The corners were thick with dust. We were in the Annex around the back. Too many rules, it's our holiday to do what we want not what you tell us to do.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Found the staff to be a bit short with us and didn't feel the most welcome. Did not have the breakfast as it was an extra charge.
