We really enjoyed our stay

Liked: Comfortable room. Properly cleaned.
Disliked: We would like to have had more air in room to sleep properly but windows did not open much.

Liked: Friendly staff, Nothing was too much trouble Rooms clean spacious and clean. Wonderful view of lake .Attended a party thre which wad so well facilitated
Disliked: Stay wasn't long enough

Very good

Liked: The hotel is situated on a beautiful bank of the lakes. Facilities and room are of an excellent standard. Car parking with EV charging also on hotel site.
Disliked: The restaurant staff were abrupt but their behaviour may have been as a result of being busy. It wasn't necessary to complain but this is something that managers should note.Breakfast was good.

Disliked: the hot food at breakfast wasn't very warm

First stay for my grand...

Liked: Ive stayed with killyhevlin for over 12 years now. Myself and my partner always had many a pleasant stay. Recently 2 years ago sadly my partner of 17yrs passed away in 2022 and I had not stayed again until the recent stay as per usual it was highest standards I love the atmosphere and stayed with my grand dtr Ruby who loved the experience thank you for your service Cathy Tanner.
Disliked: Nothing

I had a relaxing break...

Liked: Sunday lunch in the Lakeside Grill was excellent. Breakfast was really good as always. Our room was beautiful with a stunning views of Louth Erne.
Disliked: Minor thing, it would be great if they spa and pool had a small spin drier for swimsuits.

Pleasant

Disliked: Not much happening, no music or entertainment on the Sunday.
