Disliked: Hot tub was lukewarm, shower was lukewarm they sold reservation to about 20 highschoolers that were sprinting around the floor, throwing snowballs in the hotel, screaming yelling and banging on the walls could not sleep the first night at all. Stayed at this resort once before with zero problems and loved it this time couldn’t overstate how bad it was.

Disliked: Hot tub was closed after being told that morning it was open. Roady children in bar and had to go elsewhere to drink. Dogs barking all night. Sewage smell toilet not flushing. Key cards stopped working. Wrong charges on credit cart after checking out.

Liked: Convenient location and price wasn't terrible.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready despite checking in with my Hilton Honors app. Switched me to a different room but when I tried to get in, neither the room card or my app would unlock the door. Shower temp was very inconsistent. Rumbling noise every night like a large engine. After checking out, I was sent an email bill summary. Noted a $10/day parking charge. I didn't have a car. Asked the front desk person to credit it back to my CC, but he said he didn't know how. I tried contacting the manager later but my chat wasn't acknowledged. Finally called and was told the charge was returned, but I never received a notification prior to my call. Should have been told ahead of time about a potential charge for parking (it's an open gravel lot, not fenced, paved or guarded) and license plate number verified as proof I actually was parking there.
