Warm and comfortable

Liked: Clean, tidy, classy, very friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Set down and parking arrangement made worse by on the morning of leaving (9.00am) a n other arrived, parked in the set down bay and then proceeded into the bar for a drink, leaving the set down bay blocked!

Liked: Staff are lovely , food is delicious
Disliked: Room in serious need of refurbishment. Shabby sofa, curtains and decor .

It was great!
