Liked: Warm welcome at reception, very important....( from Justin) I think..Beautiful room, v fashionable stylish "cool" Hotel. Attention to detail.. as an Interior Designer, Im fussy about everything ! Love it...go and enjoy.. !
Disliked: Nothing.

Came close but did not...

Liked: welcome, exceptional breakfast, location and large room size
Disliked: room heating didnt work - on a damp cold April evening the room was chilly. Receptionist and duty manager tried to fix, but couldn't. Plumber not available until the following Tuesday. Electric heater provided, but for a 4 Star hotel @ this price point, the small things matter and this fell below expectations.

I would have given it...

Liked: Front young man staff member was amazing he helped us every step of the way to make our stay great.
Disliked: Older lady yelled at us for eating food in the lobby at 2 am while ordering drinks from her.. would understand if you’re restursnt was still serving but they weren’t and we were paying customers still we went up to our room to finish our food when we would have stayed and kept drinking. Bed was way to plush killed our back,We paid for luxury suite and luxury was not there. No walk in shower like advertised , no chandeliers beautiful wallpaper like shown in the picture. Stained ripped up carpet and an old couch.

Liked: The staff were exceptional helpful, the breakfast was gorgeous with all hot food cooked to order, the food and service in the bar was excellent. The location only minutes walk from the centre of Killarney was perfect.
