Disliked: The room was very tight for space the bed was pushed into an alcove with no space for bedside lockers, the toilet had a very large external and internal crack with lime scale at the base of the toilet and on the floor this was due to leakage of which was probably contaminated with urine of faeces which I reported on the Sunday morning to the manager with no apology was not repaired and I was kept in that room for a 2nd night the risk measurement for this was high with the potential of serious injuries, I reported it again on check out Monday to the manager she informed me it was not repaired by maintenance as it was a big jod to ?? Replaced the toilet, and I was not moved because they were fully booked there. There were also viable wall plugs in the bedroom wallpaper, peeling and holes, and wall plugs in the shower. This did not meet 4 star standards

Liked: Our room, the bed was so comfortable and the suite was very spacious
Disliked: The shower in our room and the Receptionist was quite rude when I was looking for help with my room/keys.

Disliked: didnt get the room i booked, noisy air con, tatty room furnishings,fittings for a 4 star, good luck finding an easy accesible socket to plug in the kettle, phone etc.
