Liked: Wonderful staff in a fantastic location, at a brilliant price!
Disliked: No issues at all - pool/leisure centre being closed was communicated early after booking

Liked: We liked how close it to to most of the pubs, and there is a 24-hour shop crossed the road, haha. We liked the layout and the staff are so friendly. Outside seating in beautiful when we had a little sun on Friday. But the seating on the inside is lovely, too. In the lounge, you get the feeling that you're chilling at home comfy with a nice cold drink
Disliked: We didn't like the fact they got rid of the pool. We understand it's a business, and they wanted room, but I remember on our first trip when staying there, the pool was the thing that helped with the hangover

Liked: Very nice, room excellent, very clean and modern.very nice and staff very good and accommodating - was in Killarney for an event, checked out very early and allowed me use to use the shower when I got back to collect my bags.

Overall very enjoyable stay, would...

Liked: 1. Hotel is walking distance to town center. 2. Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. 3. Room was very comfortable and clean and tidy through out our stay.
Disliked: 1. Heating was excessive and very hot and stuffy in the room (had to keep windows open) 2. No access to pool or sauna room (was stated when booking though)3. Parking was a little over crowed and limited spaces available.
