Liked: The birthday card and food in the room was amazing.Fixing the problem with giving the room to someone with the same name was superb. The reception and guest services were more upset than I was.
Disliked: nothing can't wait to go back

Liked: The staff, the location and the food were all amazing! The bed was super comfy too. Loved all the Christmas decorations!
Disliked: My room was facing the street, and someone had a leaf blower on at 7.30am - would definitely ask for a room at the other side of the hotel next time. Queuing for breakfast was slow / a bit frustrating, but it was delicious once we got it.
