The hotel is lovely, some...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, some staff were a bit cranky.
Disliked: Dinner wasn't great at all. Lots of grease, asked for my steak rare, but it was like rubber. Dessert was teeny tiny for the price. The ceaser salad was just thrown in the bowl and ceaser sauce was then thrown on top of that! The chicken burger was just another ball of grease! For the price we paid for the hotel and then the price of the food!, it was very disappointing.

Would recommend

Liked: Beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are up to date and in great condition. The restaurant/bar food was lovely and reasonably priced. Big carpark with garage and Supermacs across the road.

Disliked: Menu is carb filled in bar..more sides than chips....and it would be a fab stay....revamp the bar menu..jazz it up and it's a winner.

Liked: Staff were super friendly, location of hotel was great, room was so spacious, beds comfy. As we had plans to meet friends we did not have any food or drinks in the hotel so unable to comment on that.
Disliked: The only critism we all had was the room was super hot! There was No Air Con and as it was such a mild day - having the windows open made little to no difference
