Weather terrible, staff brilliant, really...

Liked: Staff were absolutely brilliant and hotel so well kept
Disliked: If I was to pick a fault it would be that the bar doesn’t do cash back when paying with a bank card

Liked: Comfortable bed, good size room with balcony. Dessert was really nice had the berry crumble and my partner had raspberry cheesecake.
Disliked: Not much of a selection of food on the menu, no traditional food such as fish and chips, lasagne or pasta dishes. Chicken was very dry.. Not worth €59 for the 3 courses.

Liked: Hotel is well maintained, rooms were warm comfortable and çlean. Staff in general were lovely especially the night staff member who was very helpful and nothing was a problem for him.
Disliked: The food was okay but could have been better. A lot of the facilities in the thermal spa were out of order which was a bit disappointing.
