Overall a great family hotel....

Liked: How family friendly it was and how the staff interacted with the kids. The swimming pool was amazing too. Lovely for the kids.
Disliked: Just that online it's said the carpark was €12 for 2 nights but was told it was €8 per night by the staff at reception.

Liked: Room very clean could not fault it really only thing shower was just ok. Need a shower head that u can use seperate for washing hair
Disliked: Staff on reception in leisure pool on sun 13th quite arrogant and intimidated my daughter and friend. I told them both were 16, one is turning 17 in may and the other in September. I left and then the 2 girls said they were literally stalked out by the 2 girls on Reception that evening. Then they proceeded to ask them their date of birth whilst in jacuzzi after me the parent tellinh them their ages. It is not on. They refused to go swimming on the morning after

Very disappointing and stressful

Liked: Dinner service absolutely horrendous wrong food brought some food never brought waiting 20 minutes for sides gravy etc ☹️
