Kilkenny is a lovely City...

Liked: Room Was Spacious and Clean; There is a nice bar and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: It is approx a 30min walk to the city centre, so we ended up having to use taxi's to get in and out of town

Exceptional

Liked: Staff from start to finish were so friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. I unfortunately hurt my leg a few days before travelling and was on crutches and Brendan changed the room to a first floor room to accommodate. Would highly recommend staying here. Also the lovely lady who was in the cafe and on reception when we called 1st was so lovely (sorry I didn't catch your name) absolutely 10/10 service for start to finish. Rooms were exceptional clean and comfortable

Fine but in no way...

Liked: I liked the common areas.
Disliked: The shower poorer roasting water unless you turned on the hot tap in the sink, the cost of the room was way too high for the service.

Very comfortable room and lovely...

Liked: Great service and very clean and comfortable. Fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was good. Easy access by bus from CBD. Very handy having a pub on site for meals. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect - we loved it!

Liked: It was perfect - breakfast/restaurant & an Irish pub for the evenings. Had a nice little reading spot and everyone was very friendly. It was a close walk to the downtown area, it was a nice walk away from tourists each morning :)
Disliked: Nothing…
