The room was perfect, the...

Liked: Everything! Just a couple of comments re food.
Disliked: Not the property itself, just food. The steak in Hermiones was overcooked at Dinner. In the morning at breakfast, we weren’t waited on until 6 other tables came in after us and received their food and drinks before we had even ordered.

Liked: Was so wonderful we came to celebrate my partners birthday and we were greeted with a complimentary upgrade , we were treated so wonderfully and attentively, the castle grounds are just beautiful and thank you so much for welcoming us . We look forward to returning for a longer stay
