It's great place needs updating

Liked: Stay was grand, hotel is a bit tired but you can see it has potential. The leisure center needs updating , has everything you need all be it small but just needs a lot of tidying up
Disliked: Room was very warm but that's only a minor complaint

Liked: A beautiful tranquil place to say. The professionalism from all the staff was second to none. The food was absolutely lovely. The rooms were lovely and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. A big shout out to the night porter Shelly for her friendliness and work ethic, she really is a fantastic worker.

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Running water not suitable to drink or brush teeth in room. Provided with a bottle of water but is not enough for drinking and brushing teeth. Heating didn't work and had to sleep in clothes. Staff lacked understanding when issues raised. Definitely not worth the money at all!

Spacious clean stay

Liked: Clean spacious room.
Disliked: We could not use water due to a warning issued for water in the hotel. There were some bacteria found in the water and government notices were placed in the room.
