Disliked: False advertising. We booked a patio as pictured above (so we thought). We paid over $1200 for 3 nights to over look a carpark. Not one photo or description describes an option of a carpark patio. Only patios with grass area advertised. Totally disappointing as only booked because of the pictured grass patio for my 8 yr daughter. Totally gutted when we arrived. We literally had a table and 2 chairs at the back of our car and looked onto the whole carpark. This needs to be advertised as an option so people are aware of it. The lady at reception replied by saying “when you book through booking.com, they don’t give you all the information”. She totally did not care. We were totally disappointed!!!

Liked: It's a spacious, clean and Central located place to stay in Kiama.
Disliked: The mattres is a bit soft.

Lovely spot for Christmas. Close...

Liked: Great location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean spacious room.great pool area.
Disliked: Nothing
