Disliked: Everything. The worst hotel I have ever been to. The nasty smell in the room and in the hotel overall, it was dirty, had bugs, cockroaches, it didn’t have safety locks on the door in our room. I understand it’s old but I can’t understand how they charge people money for disgustingly dirty rooms. It can be old but you can keep it clean.And it’s shame that you (booking) have this kinda of hotel listed here, and when I booked the rooms in this hotel because we couldn’t have find anything, the price was doubled. And plus we had to leave in middle of the night because someone was trying to break in to my parents room couple of times. And we had kids with us. So it’s not only dirty it’s dangerous place to stay in.

Disliked: Everything! Was the worst place I have ever seen in my life! Pee on the floors! Stained bedding! Rooms full of mold and I have very bad allergies to mold and the manager would not refund money! Took lots of pictures! Will turn him in to health department!

Disliked: This past weekend, me and my family evacuated from the hurricane we went on booking.com and paid for one room after the 4 Hour Drive to pensacola, we arrived upon checking again. I decided to do an inspection of the room. I work for a company which we do extermination as soon as I open the door and went in the bathroom I found live roaches crawling in the bathroom. I didn’t proceeded to inspect the bed, the beds were in case bed covers, which is the indication of bedbugs while pulling the covers off of the mattress and inspecting up under the boxspring. I found several bedbugs. I decided to explain this to the manager. He instantly got very loud and rude I never received a refund and I’m still fighting it now , do not stay here. It is disgusting and outdated.

AWFUl - Will Not Return...

Liked: Absolutely Awful - First Room , Had Hair all over The bed , Filth in the appliances !! And absolutely no towels , no complimentary soaps / or shampoos !! Look like some one done a shot dope and squirted the blood on the wall !! The flooring was literally peeling off !! Second Room was “ Clean “ - And The towels given to us smelled awful , we went and bought our own !!! The “Pool” was literally BROWN !! With Crust around the edge !! The Pic is deceiving - is NOT AT ALL WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE UPON ARRIVAL !! Was asked Several times as we where coming && going if we wanted drugs && I was asked if I was working - or wanted to make some money !!! The craziest experience ever !! Thank god we only had 2 nights - and only used room to rest briefly and shower !!
