Liked: The beach and pool with great

Good

Liked: Basic but comfortable rooms, clean but tired. Own private beach and pool a unique selling point on the Keys. Could be great with a bit of love and money, hope someone buys it and invests in it. Good bar next door and nice park to watch the sunset.

Liked: Front desk and exterior are in poor condition.Gladly, our room was renovated and inside the room it was all good. New flooring, new bathroom, good quality mattress.The most valuable asset is being beach front! Great location!Staff and reception could really be improved.
Disliked: Front desk and exterior are in poor condition.Staff and reception could really be improved.Don’t bother about the breakfast, not worth it.

If I had the money...

Liked: Location was excellent. beach access, pool and sitting area were small but very nice.
Disliked: The cleaning supplies. Room service cleaned but I could not tolerate the odor from the chemical they used aka pine sol / fabuloso .Not sure but it was way too strong. I kept my windows open for fresh air.

It was very peaceful there.

Liked: It was absolutely what I needed. It was quiet and relaxing there. Pool was warm and perfect. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back.
