I was checked in by...

Liked: Everything, my room was lovely, having a cosy dressing gown waiting for me was a bonus, I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking.It’s a shame as it’s a Hotel only parking area, an inconvenience if you’ve had a long day at work and have to sort parking costs out before heading to distress.

Excellent

Liked: This was our second stay at the hotel. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable and both the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Every member of staff was accommodating especially the delightful lady from the Philippines who served us breakfast. I did not use the spa facilities
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like!
