Another wonderful stay!

Liked: This was our second stay at this hotel & we will certainly be returning. Staff on reception, in the dining room & the bar were all really polite & friendly. Excellent choice at breakfast. Although busy, staff were quick to replenish items ensuring a smooth service. We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the garden with fabulous views. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a great place for visiting Keswick & Borrowdale with plenty of walks on the doorstep. Would highly recommend.

Liked: The food was excellent and the dining room staff were very well trained. It was lovely to sit in the beautiful lounges after dinner.
Disliked: Next time we come we shall try to get a room which doesn't involve so many little stairs and fire doors!!!

Excellent location and very helpful...

Liked: Staff very helpful. Food good. Room was adequate and comfortable. Location excellent.
Disliked: Noisy room with deliveries outside from early morning. Also work being done in hotel near our room, with drilling and shouting by staff doing the work. So, not as restful and relaxing as we would have liked it to be.
