Great value, although possible need...

Liked: Wonderful facilities and food at reasonable rates, free parking, remarkably friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful complex set in scenic grounds with linked full gym and pool facilities. Food was excellent.
Disliked: There were some irritating issues with my room. A massive radiator centrally switched on with no ability to vary in the room. No very soft or flat pillow option.

Good & Bad

Liked: The manager Ali was good very kind and very helpful, he actually listened to my complaints and helped. The bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: The food & washing machine near my room was not good I'm afraid. I had to move rooms because of the noise. There are no clocks in the room considering it's a training venue I would have thought that would have been clocks in the rooms.

Bad

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist lady especially.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy , we were moved 3 times to the same kind of room 1 smelt so bad of cigarettes. The first rooms kettle left a manky film on the hot drink, undrinkable. Is not a restaurant on site more like a canteen. Nothing for us to eat on the menu due to dietary needs. We actually left the property and requested a full refund after they could not offer us a decent room.
