The room was very nice; the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it; the pillow's were firm yet soft, it consumed me. If I was to travel there again, I will definitely stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check in and out was easy; the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It was super close to Kent Stage and the town was great; everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Kent again, I would stay here!

Disliked: I did request a 30-min extension to check-out to which the front desk said "OK". Maid knocked on door at normal check-out time and told me to check-out in a not-so-friendly way.

Liked: Great friendly staff. They took care of a neighbor problem we had quickly, and were overall friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool/hot tub was closed/out of order. Room was dusty.

Nice hotel but too expensive...

Liked: Rooms are nice and well appointed but every time we stay, the bathroom floors are not completely clean and we run out of Kleenex. At this pricepoint, that shouldn't happen. Also Front Desk is understaffed.
