Exceptional

Liked: just localized greatly with the Niagara nearby. The room was absolutely stunning and comfortable with a lovely chimney, which gives such a homecoming feeling.
Disliked: nothing

Overall it was good and...

Liked: Room was very clean and the location was fairly good. It was a nice location in a nice neighbourhood (it is a little farther from NOTL than seemed advertised).
Disliked: Ok, so we were in a first floor room and could hear SO MUCH from the person above us. They decided they needed to be up and walking around at 5:00am and it was SO LOUD in our room. Didn't love that.

Reto vibe

Liked: Everything was great, cozy clean,comfortable
Disliked: Lol We didn't meet any staff. Thought that was a little odd but it was easy. It was a little far from downtown. It would be great if we were there longer to enjoy the area, trails etc.

We enjoyed our one-night stay...

Liked: This is a very well maintained motel in a quiet residential area, near forested areas where people can hike.Our room was lovely, well-appointed, and the motel was very kind and generous in leaving us a small anniversary treat! We enjoyed the breakfast items we purchased, and the comfortable sitting area where we ate and had coffee.
Disliked: Everything was lovely.

Home away from home

Liked: The Room was amazing comfortably felt at home There wasnt anything that i did not like
Disliked: The room was spacious and modern we felt at home.

Mostly enjoyable but tired and...

Liked: We love the location, the first floor room that we were assigned was great. It was spacious, it had a great front sitting room, bedroom and bathroom.
Disliked: The motel seemed to be mostly unoccupied but the young family that was occupying the room above us woke us, each of the two mornings that we were there with a crazy loud, fast paced tromping that lasted for at least two hours. When I asked them in a calm voice why they were making so much noise so early in the morning. They screamed “we have a baby!!!!”. They went on to say that they warned the motel staff not to assign anyone to the room below them. They warned us that they were staying another night and suggested that we move our room. We planned on staying another night but thought better of it. The staff texted me and apologized that we were disturbed and mentioned that the caring couple (my words) were concerned that they had disturbed us and they told management that they were considering moving rooms. We are sympathetic to a young family with a baby. We raised children. We only heard a baby cry briefly during our stay. Nice motel and we’re hoping to return under hopefully better circumstances.

This is my second time...

Liked: This property is so well maintained and perfectly located! The staff are so kind and helpful, everything is thought of- bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/body wash, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Rooms have a mini fridge, coffee maker and glasses (wine glasses, wine opener, drinking glasses). Staff help out with anything you may need.
