Where we stayed was shit

Liked: To be honest, except from the outside everything else was not good
Disliked: The room condition they did not change anything for the whole week for the 12 days disgusting no tiles given no nothing given

Liked: Good location, close to the nightlife event we were going to
Disliked: Not the cleanest place , lovely lady on the desk was very apologetic and ensured us the place was deep cleaned before we arrived

Liked: The man at reception was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Cleaning, old beds and furniture, shutters not working , no room service. I had allergies from the bed sheets and everything because it wasn't cleaned in weeks , and I had to leave 20 days before the end of my reservation because my body was full of rushes. After a long long time they decided to do me a refund only for like 50% of what I didn't stayed ( for 10 days). And the refund was delayed nearly 3 weeks.I wanted to get a refund for 20 days I didn't stayed but booking costumer service didn't helped they said we couldn't do anything and hotel manager was very rude and she said if you want refund take half or nothing.
