Liked: The staff was really nice and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The radiator in our room didn’t worked but they have us an electric one the same day :) Also the bathroom needs renovation.

Liked: rooms are cleaned every day , location was easy to find, quiet, station is 5 min walk. also staff is very helpful and responsive :)

Liked: Location is convenient with an Underground station near by. The room was very spacious for London and had comfortable beds.
Disliked: The room is nicely furnished, but paint is cracked and falling off making the whole room look dated. Breakfast was ok, but the room is very small.
