Liked: Rooms were clean and modern with adequate space for 2; staff were very friendly and accomodating, on-site secure parking was easy to access and affordable, breakfast from the cafe was delicious
Disliked: The room originally booked had an AC that wasn’t working properly, and no working fans were available, so the first night stay was a bit uncomfortable as a result (fortunately resolved the next day by being moved to a different room)

Liked: Room was lovely. Breakfast was beautiful.
Disliked: Reception staff were not friendly or helpful. Had difficulty finding our booking and the young lady found it too difficult to deal with us. The gent was ok but had no local knowledge of directions or recommendations. Room appeared beautiful but found hair on the bed and a syringe on the windows awning. We only needed the room for the night, 6 hours at best, had a concert to attend and left first thing. Drove 2 and half hours and honestly too exhausted to take things further.
