Disliked: Room was very small. See-through glass into the bathroom, not very great when changing with company other than your partner there (awkward). Staff were a little rude when we asked about the food and drinks provided - merely curious to whether they were included in the stay or extra cost (they weren’t included, two drinks were $30. Made it feel like we were stupid for not knowing. Had a cleaner almost walk in on us while we were still in the middle of our stay. Cleaning fees on site are very unclear - different prices were stated so we weren’t sure whether we would have to pay extra upon arrival or leaving. Street is a little sketchy.

Liked: There is plenty of secure parking available. The room was spotless and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat. The lobby café served the most incredible locally roasted coffee—definitely a highlight. The minibar had a nice selection for late-night cravings, with prices that felt fair. Plus, Doordash delivery was fast and super convenient, making it easy to enjoy a meal without leaving the room.

Liked: Room seemed to be set up for disability. The living area was very small and difficult to move around, and the bathroom was huge and opened (a bit of voice of space for someone without a disability).
Disliked: The Setup of the room could have been more comfortable. The lighting was very dark.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Due to a flight disruption, I checked in late at 11 PM and requested a late check-out, but it wasn’t confirmed at the time, which is understandable.However, the next morning, I discovered there was no water in the shower, making it impossible to freshen up before leaving. Despite this issue, I received two reminders at 11:00 AM urging me to vacate the room, which was frustrating given the lack of basic amenities. The receptionist informed me that a $20 late check-out fee would apply past 11:00 AM.I checked out at 11:25 AM and was charged $24.95 in total—$20 for late check-out and $4.95 for a small bottle of water. It’s quite disappointing that this hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary water for guests.Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend staying here.
