November warmth found in Kennebunkport

Liked: Absolutely loved the coziness of the homes at this collection. Still had enough privacy but felt like you were in a home. The staff was so warm and helpful. Can't wait to go back!
Disliked: may be time to replace some of the doors, I know they are old homes and that's the charm but they would give more sound proofing and security.

Beautiful house, amazing amenities, and...

Liked: It was so cozy and nice. They always had coffee water and tea in the sunroom as well as cookies and apples. The house was gorgeous and clean!
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t love

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful setting, fabulous accommodation and very friendly people.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast fun with encouragement to go on "coffee tour" of neighboring houses. Location excellent quiet but easy walk to town and local restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: Tilted floor in room understandable in old house, but bed could have been leveled. Fairfield House queen fireplace. Not a deal-breaker. Maintain tippy toilet and loose toilet paper holder. Happens. Maintenance staff working hard. Add to punch list.

Liked: The Captain’s Collection homes are true New England at its finest. Our room was extremely comfortable & impeccably clean; both are very important to us. Thank you to the staff who were attentive & kind. This is an outstanding place to stay in Kennebunkport!

Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Great location, friendly staff
Disliked: The first room we were given had two families with crying babies on either side. So we were moved to a smaller room with no tub. It would have been fine until the second night when a families with 2 crying babies was put next to us. The facilities aren’t very nice, the rooms smallish, bed lumpy
