Disliked: I have slept in this unit before and the tub was jetted. Needless to say it has become a bath tub. The advertised wording on booking is SPA BATH. Hmmm a little vauge vague, you know, it's a little vauge my opinion.

Loved this spot, let down...

Liked: This was our third trip to this same/ location (room). The staff are wonderful and so accommodating- huge bonus!
Disliked: Being that we have stayed previously, we knew what to expect ( this is why we book that specific room). When we arrived there was a “musty smell” ( something we had not previously encountered).The first evening we had no tv due to there being no signal, the maid was kind enough to fix this the following day. One of the biggest reasons we rent this specific room is for the “spa rub” ( ie jet tub) which is clearly written on the description ( has been the same since we have been first going there). To our dismay I went to take a tub and there was a huge bug crawling around and the “ piece de resistance “ was the note on the tub stating that the spa tub has been disconnected and to enjoy the tub as a soaker. I can rent any room with a soaker tub, I paid the higher rates to get what we previously enjoyed. Would have appreciated the transparency when booking so we could have decided if this met our needs. Overall disappointed and will be looking for a different little getaway spot :(
