Exceptional

Liked: .Great location, facilities, great choice for breakfast. Everytime I come to Dresden I stay here. Beautifully refurbished. Large rooms and staff also very good
Disliked: I did not enjoy our dinner at Palais restaurant, very slow service, food came cold and not tasty.

Liked: Location the hotel is beautiful rooms are fantasticRestaurant was good excpet for one staff member
Disliked: One staff member in̈ the palis restaraunt threated us total different because we could not speak German but once she found out that i could speak German she treated us totatly different
