If you want to know...

Liked: The room was clean but it felt like a nursing home, dowdy, no effort put in, it isn't a hotel stay. I booked for convience due to location of an Xmas night out. Room was paid for, charged second time, can't get contact for a refund. Peter Canavan is the face of this venue, done a guest appearance for all those who cared. Your only as good as your last win, take a walk around what your putting your face and character to. The staff were not overly happy, no doubt paid pittens. Stick to the football Peter, turning up like your some sort of celebrity doesn't take away from the fact your taking money of people who work very hard to get and given a motel experience at most £60.
Disliked: Most of it and the fact no way of getting refund for paying twice.

Liked: The room was spacious and there was ample parking.
Disliked: For the price - and an upgrade - it was really quite poor quality. The room was quite cold and I couldn't see any way to increase the temperature. The shower head was broken and kept in place with a folded towel with the result that the water sprayed in an awkward direction. Tea was provided in the room, but no snacks. The breakfast was the most meagre effort I've seen in Ireland. You can choose tea, coffee or orange juice, but not have orange juice if you're having tea or coffee. The cooked breakfast was sparse and although I was the only diner, the waitress brought the wrong toast and didn't appear too happy when I asked for it to be rectified. Mistakes happen, things break or don't function, but for the money charged, this was a real disappointment on my last night in Ireland after exceptional stays in four other B&Bs through the week. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
