Two bad experiences within a...

Liked: Room was clean, location was great. Breakfast was just fine
Disliked: We had to listen to a dog bark and howl below us until 11:40 pm when the owner(s) returned. Then had to listen to them party and carry on until 12:30am when they decided to start carrying in all their gear and hear their door slam at least 25 times

I canceled our next reservation

Liked: I have stayed at the property in the past and stayed in the second floor rooms and loved the hotel This time around we were on the first floor and our experience was very unpleasant
Disliked: Our first floor room smelled like sewage We figured out the smell was coming from the sink. In addition the refrigerator froze our fresh fruit, vegetables and medication

Liked: location pool
Disliked: the floor in the room was soaked from the a.c. dripping. there were dirty towels in the bath tub. there was almost no toilet paper in the bathroom. the sheets on the pull out bed were dirty.
