Very good

Disappointed for the cost.

Disliked: I was very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for two days, which was over $1400. The bathroom did not have a heater so was always uncomfortable to be in. The rooms heater was always on HI but never felt warm enough. Breakfast was not included and a costly $28 each morning. No microwaves to warm up food in the room. I asked the front desk agent if they had anything to warm up food. She told me 'No'. Then when I went into the area where snacks were sold, I stumbled on a toaster oven, where I warmed my food up. Then I went to get ice from the ice machine on our floor and discovered a microwave oven there? Why was I told there was nothing to warm food up? It was an expensive trip to begin with for 2 days and being uncomfortable because the lack of heat in the room and lack of information to make our stay more comfortable and memorable, left unpleasant experience for me and my daughter here at the conference center.

Liked: The property was excellent and the staff & managers was impressive.
Disliked: The restaurant and Bistro double and triple charged me and I had to wait three days to use my money. The food on the buffet was ice cold.

Liked: The bartender was great, friendly and great food. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the location to the Union Market. Appreciated the shuttle to Union Station.
Disliked: Price was too high, but it was the inauguration.

Kellogg was the perfect location...

Liked: Sparkling clean hotel, responsive staff, good location near Union Market, shuttle from train station to facility.

Disliked: It is poorly maintained with no hot water, no shampoo, no grab bars for tubs. Furnishing is not updated.
