Amazing location and great facilities.

Liked: The staff were amazing, the location is great as well . The hotel is located near Union Market, a great place for food and drinks.Also, the university offers a free shuttle that runs between the hotel and Union Station 7 days a week.
Disliked: I wish our stay was longer.

Central location with free shuttle...

Liked: It is very useful to have a free shuttle service to Union Station. This is so central that the city can be easily explored from Union Station. The location of the hotel - even though quite central - is quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included even though I am at the highest Genius level. I tried the breakfast once and the choices are so limited it is appalling. Definitely nothing to write home about.Parking is 50 USD per day. This is a complete rip-off and I was not even aware that this was charged separately at such a high price. Parking fees that high are in my view unacceptable.Beware when you order food, as the delivery person is not allowed to come to your room! Staff was also not helpful in this case, as I had to go down and pick the food in my pyjamas.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendful and helpful. Loved the free shuttle to and from Union Station that ran very frequently.The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is a little outside of the normal tourist sites (helped by free shuttle to Union Station, of course) but no real option to walk to sites without adding a considerable extra distance.Our room was not cleaned during our stay.This really is nit-picking as overall, we were very happy.

Liked: Nice hotel and I found it way cheaper than the other establishments in the area. Staff always courteous and keen to help. The only issue I had was that the walls were a bit too thin so every time a neighbour would slam their door I would hear it! But overall it was a great stay and would book with them again.
