Liked: Absolutely perfect location with beautiful canal view. The host was very easy to work with, supplied wonderful breakfast, and allowed us to have early check-in when our flight arrived. I couldn’t recommend more!
Disliked: No complaints!

Definitely the place to stay...

Liked: It was in a great location, gorgeous streets, by canal, near restaurants and cafes…very quaint essential Amsterdam. Room was spacious and cozy, Natalia was an amazing host and her breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, she offers everything!
Disliked: Nothing.

If you like to stay...

Liked: Our host was excellent. She was engaging, interesting, and helpful. I could not ask for a better location. It is on one of the main canals, close to the tram tracks, within walking distance to the Ann Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, the Flower Market, and other attractions. Our rooms faced the canal and gave us a great view of the activity on and around the canal. It was a great experience.
Disliked: I was not expecting the narrow, steep staircases to the upper floors. We managed it, but with great care. I'm guessing that a lot of 70-year-old visitors would not deal well with the access.

Disliked: No elevator

Liked: Location and great view of canal. Staff and owner were attentive and breakfast was delicious. The fresh breads, jams and meats to mention a few were great. The stairs were a bit small and steep if you have issues with stairs. Unfortunately, no reflection on the owner, the town is “beautifying the area and adding underground lines, so passage from our place to sidewalk was challenging at times. Thank you for the overall experience. We had a great time.

Liked: Location was terrific. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Grateful for the welcoming atmosphere and the spectacular view from our room.

Liked: It’s very close to the main attractions, and you can reach many of them or restaurants within a 20-minute walk.The breakfast was very plentiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub.
Disliked: Due to possible reasons such as the inability to renovate the building, the room has poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear the sounds of people and traffic outside, which sometimes disturbs sleep in the middle of the night.
