Liked: The staff are very helpful The food was excellent and helpful aswell as bar staff

Liked: The grounds were amazing, lovely to relax in.Could have done with outside service,had to go to the bar every time for drinks.
Disliked: Ordered room service for breakfast.I Ordered 2 full Irish arrived without tea,coffee or toast.Breakfast was mediocre.

Great stay over all but...

Liked: Breakfast great staff brilliant very clean in a good location. Good value for miney
Disliked: Not enough staff serving dinner as a result waited almost an hour for food. When it arrived seemd to be over heated in microwave was very dry. That was a pity if had of been served when it would have been a nice meal. This issue must be address or you will lose custom in the dinning room.

Liked: The roo was spacious and comfortable, except for the bed the first night, the bed either hadn't been changed or made very badly

Liked: An absolute gem of a hotel! Lovely staff, a fine building with a lovely restaurant and bar. Great location and facilities.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything negative.
