You get what you pay...
Liked: Cheap, physically clean, and close to airport while staying relatively secluded from major roads — the property is secluded off a long drive that keeps it separate from the nearby highway, and the drive has a dead-end not far beyond the property. There were no bugs, linens were crisp/white/unsoiled, all bed dressings were intact and not frayed or burned. The room had a very specific odor that dissipated with opening the window and running the fan.
Disliked: The population of guests is, on the whole, //exactly// whom you’d expect to be at a cheap relatively well-secluded motel — for better or for worse. We had to call the police in response to our neighbor’s ongoing domestic assault; to the staff’s credit, they did not interfere with police when they came (front desk staff had repeatedly tried to calm the situation prior to this, to no avail….as the death threats bellowed through the wall showed). The walls are thin, so either watch your volumes or be loud and proud…if your neighbors don’t mind.
